Red Clay Hot Sauce was founded at the leading oyster bar in Charleston, South Carolina. Their cold-pressed, barrel-aged Original Hot Sauce was made to pair perfectly with oysters, one of the culinary life bloods of Low country cooking and eating in the South. Oysters are also a key part of Charleston's ecosystem as well, and no one understands this better than Seaborn.

For this reason, Red Clay Hot Sauce is partnering with Seaborn Oysters to share Charleston's landscape, waterfront and oysters.

The lucky winner of this package will meet Seaborn's Founder and oyster expert, Cyrus Buffum who will take you on a boat tour of the cultural and natural history of Breach Inlet, winding through tidal creeks and thousands of acres of marsh. He'll provide an indepth perspective on the oyster, its lifecycle and its benefit to our coastlines.

You'll even get out of the boat and onto their oyster beds (depending on guests' mobility) for guests to see the oyster beds up-close and to taste our oysters directly from the water. You'll also get a chance to taste the oysters paired with Red Clay Hot Sauce - a MATCH MADE IN HEAVEN!

You will also go to High Wire Distillery, an award-winning local bourbon company (and the original bourbon barrels in which Red Clay was first aged). While there, Chef Geoff Rhyne will lead the group in a Red Clay tasting of their entire hot sauce lineup.

He will tell the story of the founding of Red Clay, and share a bit about the making of the hot sauces and hot honeys. He'll also pair the sauces with some quintessentially southern light bites he makes - plus a few sips of quintessentially southern bourbon. It will be a fun, delicious afternoon!

The whole experience will culminate with an overnight stay at The Dewberry, an iconic hotel in Charleston.
