Dough Wines, the first ever wine collaboration of the James Bead Foundation - Set of 9 wine sets

Dough Wines was created by Distinguished Vineyards & Wine Partners (the exclusive wine partner of our Advocacy & Sustainability Programs), marking the first-ever winery partnership for the James Beard Foundation.

Dough is rooted in purpose, and launched in October 2020 with a mission to "rise to the occasion" by creating positive systemic change for restaurant recovery and ethical operation, diversity and equality in the culinary arts and beverage spaces, and food sustainability. This is accomplished through an annual donation to the Foundation's initiatives supporting such causes.

Dough's goal over five years is to make a $1,000,000 donation and combined investment to the JBF and our scholarship partners, driving impact of Advocacy & Sustainability programs and increasing awareness of their mission.

Head Winemaker Heidi Bridenhagen has crafted a range of limited-quantity and terroir-specific wines priced from $25 to $75. These wines are only available on doughwines.com and are sold individually or in curated sets that offer a snapshot of a region, style, or variety.
