Emma's Torch, in partnership with the Olo for Good Fund at Tides Foundation, will host your party of 15 at their Carroll Gardens location to experience first-hand the culinary prowess of Culinary Director, Chef Alexander Harris, and the handiwork of their students.

The mission of Emma's Touch is to empower refugees, asylees and survivors of human trafficking through culinary education. They provide refugees with culinary training, ESL classes and interview preparation, that sets them up for successful employment in an industry in which their cultural heritage and cuisine can be celebrated.

You and your guests will be dazzled by the tantalizing New American dishes, exquisitely prepared by their students. Each dish blends seasonal and local ingredients with flavors inspired by their students from around the world.
