Hell's Kitchen: HK Signature Prix Fixe Menu for Two

The winner of this package will receive the HK Signature Prix Fixe Menu for Two with wine pairing at Hell's Kitchen at Caesars Palace Las Vegas.

Located in front of Caesars Palace, the restaurant boasts floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the famous Las Vegas Strip, red and blue design details in the show kitchen, a private dining room and a contemporary bar serving the latest trends in mixology. The Red and Blue kitchens serve up modern lunch and dinner menus including Hell's Kitchen signature dishes made with the highest quality ingredients.

Prix Fixe Menu includes the Beef Wellington, Gordon Ramsay's most talked about signature dish.. Tender, melt-in-your-mouth beef is served medium rare and wrapped in a flaky, golden-brown puff pastry with a layer of mushroom duxelles between. The dish is served with potato puree, glazed root vegetables and a red wine demi-glace.
