During the course of the year, the ROCK interacts with youth and sponsoring organizations throughout the area. This contact is a vital part of our ministry and gives us the ability to "make a difference"!!

The ROCK supplies 100% OF ALL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE WEEKEND HUNTING/FISHING EVENT!

The youth who come to us rarely have adequate hunting clothing or suitable footwear, either because their families can't afford it, or they have no knowledge of "being in the field" and what the weather conditions may be like. We assess the situation for each youth when their names are given to us by their sponsoring organization. The ROCK then buys and provides the needed clothing accessories at no cost to them or their family.

Most importantly, The ROCK makes sure that every youth receives a Bible of their very own to take home with them. Each and every youth that we come in contact with through our ministry gets one!!! No exceptions!

The below list identifies the wide variety of "possible items" that the ROCK could provide at any time during the year for one of our youths. That is not to say that each youth will indeed need these items, only that we are prepared to respond as need arises!

Examples are:

• Personalized Bible
• Adequate clothing (shirts/pants/cap/gloves)
• Boots
• Backpack
• Warm Jacket
• Rain Gear
• Food for the Hunt

Our estimated average cost per youth for the listed items cost around $500 per youth.
