In 2020, a group of men made it their mission to help push back the darkness of child sex-trafficking in the St. Louis area. What started as a virtual 5K, turned into a weeklong event logging miles anyway we could. Running, cycling, rucking, walking, swimming... whatever floats your boat (as long as you're rowing that boat, we'll count those miles)
Men, women and children ages 5 to 95 from more than 35 states joined forces to raise awareness about a problem in our own backyards. In our first three years, more than 1,500 participants logged more than 46,000 miles. We've raised more than $278,000 to help underage victims at The Covering House.
We set a pretty lofty mileage goal in 2021, but fell short the last 2 years. Please join us this year, as we attempt to log enough miles to travel around the earth. That's 24,901 miles, to be exact.

About F3 St. Louis
F3, (fitness, fellowship and faith - the last of which we define as not one specific religion or faith system, but simply a belief in something outside oneself), is a national network of free, peer-led workouts for men. Our mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership. In all 50 states and multiple countries overseas, F3 has grown to more than 3,200+ scheduled workouts a week through the volunteer efforts of men whose lives have been changed by their involvement with the group.
