The scenery at Bacchus is the perfect place to sit back and relax while you sip.

Next, experience Jesse's passion project inspired by his experience traveling the world with his famous photographer father, Andy Katz, at the Aperture gallery and tasting lounge. You will be greeted with a glass of French grower Champagne upon your arrival and you will go on to explore a customized range of the winery's most limited production and highly coveted offerings in the newly designed luxury space, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the estate vineyards. The flight of wines will be served alongside seasonal food pairing accompaniments.

Experience fine Wine Country cuisine at The Matheson Healdsburg with their Premier Experience of a 5-course tasting menu by Dustin Valette, paired with the award-winning wines of The Setting, Aperture, and Valette. But don't forget to explore The Matheson Wine Wall to choose your own adventure from their 88 wine selections. Enjoy a sweet finale with a hand-crafted cocktail, cordial, or port wine.

All of this can be enjoyed during your 3-night weekday stay at Hotel Trio Healdsburg in a studio king suite.
