As soon as you enter this home, you will be greeted by the expansive lower level that opens up to two pianos, exposed ceilings, a wonderful living area, a pool table, ample gaming tables and board games, plenty of wildlife decor, a dining hall for large gatherings, and a well-equipped, full kitchen to whip up delicious meals with ease! This floor also features a media room and the first bedroom with an en suite bath.

The second floor is home to eight more bedrooms that each feature their own unique decor and plush furnishings, so those who want to hit the hay earlier than the rest of the group will be able to head upstairs as everyone else mingles downstairs. This level also has access to the upper deck with simple furnishings if you want to get a bit of fresh air directly from your bedroom.

Though you will have plenty of ways to spend each day indoors, heading out to the backyard will be a great idea as well during the warmer times of the year. Take your pick of chilling out on the detached deck with a cocktail in-hand, firing up the gas grill on the lower patio, exploring the lush greenery of the property, or meandering down to the private dock to dip your toes in the water as the sun goes down!
