This home comfortably sleeps 12, has a cozy main floor living room, a bonus room above the garage, a large dining table, bright and airy indoor porch off the kitchen, and plenty of outdoor space on the large deck outfitted with lounge chairs, dining area, sofa seating and fire table. The inside boasts views of the water that run along the entire length of the home. Enjoy paddle boarding, barbecuing, roasting s'mores by the fire pit, swimming in the lake and making endless memories with your favorite people!

This package does not include the use of a boat. Owner can recommend boat rental companies that will deliver to the home and can be secured to the pier.

Owner and winning bidder will mutually agree upon dates. Trip must be completed by December 31, 2025. Maximum of 12 people at all times. No parties. No pets. No smoking in the house. Blackout dates include the following: Memorial Day weekend, Fourth of July weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Booking for summer dates (June/July/August) MUST be made by April 1, 2025.
