Aaryn Eady, Director of Investor Engagement, Greater Fort Wayne Inc.

Aaryn joined the Greater Fort Wayne Inc. team in April 2019. As director of investor engagement, she oversees all aspects of investor services and experiences for over 1300 business members. Aaryn began her work in community-based program management and project development in 2013. While attending Indiana University Bloomington, she was the student director for a volunteer youth literacy program at Boys & Girls Clubs of Bloomington. In 2016, she became the program director for the local Boys & Girls Club and managed the organization's youth and community engagement programs and initiatives. In 2018, Aaryn began work as a consultant for Unity Performing Arts Foundation, implementing two new artistic development programs designed to engage local youth and communities in the arts.

In her current role, Aaryn has acted as a liaison and manager of many public-private partnership projects, including a COVID-19 PPE drive in collaboration with the Allen County Department of Homeland Security, a vaccination volunteer appreciation program with the Allen County Department of Health, Meters with a Mission led by the Fort Wayne City Clerk's Office, and Project Activate Southeast (PASE) in partnership with Councilwoman Sharon Tucker.

Aaryn is a 2021 Business Weekly Forty Under 40 award recipient and a 2020 graduate of the Advancing Voices of Women (AVOW) Campaign Institute. She is currently on the board of directors for Vincent Village and is a 2021 Fighting for Firsts Champion and committee member through Healthier Moms and Babies. She is also a member of the Fort Wayne United Program committee and regularly supports community development initiatives and programs.

Aaryn is a graduate of Indiana University Bloomington and received her Bachelor's Degree in Human Biology with a concentration in Human Health and Disease and minors in Public Health, Chemistry, and Spanish.
