Private Chef in Your Home for 10.

Let the Good Times Roll with Sweetwater Cuisine's Executive Chef Alvin Hyman preparing a Seafood Feast for your private group of 10 in your home. Seafood is courtesy of Wanchese Fish Company.

The Feast includes:

4lbs Fresh Scallops
1 Loin (7-10lbs) of either Fresh Tuna or Mahi Mahi (winner's choice)
6lbs of Fresh Frozen Argentine Red Shrimp

Prepared by one of the most talented and charismatic chefs in Coastal Virginia. Alvin Hyman trained for 18 years under Chef Bobby Huber, starting work in the kitchen at Bobbywood at the young age of 14. During his tenure in the food industry he has worked at Bobbywood, Steinhilber's, Cobalt Grille, and Alexis. He imparts creative flair in all his dishes and takes extreme pride in whatever bears his name. Alvin's dishes are beautiful and delicious, and always leave customers wanting more. He is known by most as AJ and he mixes his culinary art with his favorite musical artist Ingrid Michaelson, which he listens to in the Sweetwater kitchen!
