Brooklyn Kura Grand Prairie Junmai Ginjo Nama Chozo

Rice: Yamada Nishiki milled to 60%

ABV: 16%

• Tasting Notes: Dry and light with a hint of honeysuckle.
• Pairs well with lighter dishes such as scallop crudo, crab cake and tuna tartare.
• Grand Prairie is a Junmai Ginjo namachozo (bottle pasteurized) sake. This sake was brewed with a single modern yeast strain.
• Named for the first place to grow Yamada Nishiki rice in the US!

• JASWDC silent auction items may be picked up by winner(s) either at the Omni Shoreham Hotel immediately following the US-Japan Capital Gala (October 30, 2024) or at the JASWDC offices by the end of 2024.
• If you would like JASWDC to ship your item(s), you will be charged the shipping cost. The shipping fee will be rounded up to the nearest whole dollar amount. JASWDC cannot accept responsibility for damages or losses incurred during shipping.
• For gift certificate shipment, JASWDC will mail them to your home address within the United States at no cost.
• If you live outside of the United States, you will be charged shipping costs for delivery of silent auction items, including certificates.
