• Validate Certificate within one month of the auction.
• Certificate expires (must book by) December 20, 2025.
• Reservations subject to mandatory nightly supplement covering dining, beverages, facilities and activities, service charges and gratuities (government tax/service is additional).
• Black-out dates do not apply; however, additional peak surcharge per person per night applies December 21 - January 3 and Feb 1-24.
• Upgrades may be available for additional charge.

Silent Auction Pick-Up Information

• JASWDC silent auction items may be picked up by winner(s) either at the Salamander Washington DC immediately following the US-Japan Capital Gala (October 17, 2023) or at JASWDC by the end of 2023.
• If you would like JASWDC to ship your item(s), you will be charged the shipping cost.
• JASWDC cannot accept responsibility for damages or losses incurred during shipping.
• The shipping fee will be rounded up to the nearest whole dollar amount.
• For gift certificate shipment, JASWDC will mail them to your home address within the United States at no cost.
• If you live outside of the United States, you will be charged shipping costs for delivery of silent auction items, including certificates.
