• Room is subject to availability.
• Valid from November 1, 2022 to April 30, 2023 (blackout dates December 22-25, 2022 and December 30, 2022-January 3, 2023).
• Holder must present voucher at check-in.
• Voucher is valid for one-time usage and cannot be doubled with another voucher or promotion.
• Not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Silent Auction Pick-Up Information

• JASWDC silent auction items may be picked up by winner(s) either at the Salamander Washington DC immediately following the US-Japan Capital Gala (October 13, 2022) or at the JASWDC office by the end of 2022.
• If you would like JASWDC to ship your item(s), you will be charged the shipping cost.
• JASWDC cannot accept responsibility for damages or losses incurred during shipping.
• The shipping fee will be rounded up to the nearest whole dollar amount.
• For gift certificate shipment, JASWDC will mail them to your home address within the United States at no cost.
• If you live outside of the United States, you will be charged shipping costs for delivery of silent auction items, including certificates.
