Silent Auction Pick-Up Information

• JASWDC silent auction items may be picked up by winner(s) either at the Salamander Hotel immediately following the US-Japan Capital Gala (October 13, 2022) or at JASWDC by the end of 2022.
• If you would like JASWDC to ship your item(s), you will be charged the shipping cost, rounded up to the next nearest dollar amount.
• JASWDC cannot accept responsibility for damages or losses incurred during shipping.
• For gift certificate shipment, JASWDC will mail them to your home address within the United States at no cost.
• If you live outside of the United States, you will be charged shipping costs for delivery of silent auction items, including certificates.
