The cabin has all the amenities of home in a beautiful private setting and yet only 15 minutes from Downtown Blue Ridge!
The main level has a screened porch with cushioned patio furniture, a bar table that seats 6, and all surrounding a cozy gas log fireplace. It is the perfect spot for relaxing. There's also a covered porch with cushioned patio furniture, a table with umbrella & chairs, & gas grill. Enjoy the mountains and admire the scenery, hang out with your guests, or enjoy meals at the table as the evening sun paints beautiful colored skies across the Mountain View. Walk into the great room with soaring ceilings and gorgeous wood finishing's thorough out. The open concept
Living/Dining/Kitchen is the perfect spot to gather. The living space has leather furniture, flat screen HDTV and square-cut stone stacked gas log fireplace. The dining table seats eight and is accompanied by a square-cut stone high breakfast bar with stools. The fully furnished kitchen has granite countertops and stainless
appliances. There is a bedroom on the main level that has a log king size bed with a flat screen TV, a full bath with washer & dryer, and double doors opening onto the
covered porch. Up the log staircase you will find the master bedroom with a private balcony and an open loft. The loft offers a full bunk bed that will sleep children as well as adults. The master bedroom has a luxurious log
king size bed, flat screen TV, a large master bath with garden tub, a separate stand-up shower, and a wonderful
private covered balcony overlooking the view with cushioned furniture for relaxing as you enjoy a morning cup of
coffee or afternoon glass of wine. Step down into the terrace level of the home into another large den with a large leather sectional sofa & large flat screen TV. Just
outside this level is the hot tub, perfect for soaking those cares away and relax in seclusion. There is also an
outdoor fire-pit for roasting some wieners or enjoying some s'mores. The bedroom on this level offers French doors to access the lower deck and has king size bed. This bedroom also has a spacious full bath.

You will find your own private paradise at Cherokee Sunset! Don't miss any of the
many unique activities and outdoor experiences North Georgia has to offer. Meander the streets of Blue Ridge where you will find one of a kind shops, breweries and eateries. Take a ride on the Blue Ridge Scenic Railroad, hike
the Appalachian Trail, visit a waterfall or swinging bridge, tube, kayak, paddle board or white water raft the
Toccoa or Ocoee River's. Go boating on Lake Blue Ridge or step back in time and watch a first run movie at the famous Swan Drive-In Theater. And of course Mercier Orchards is a must. There is always a festival or event happening here in the mountains.
