Get ready for a fantastic evening with this private chef-prepared paella dinner for twelve guests.

Your dinner will be served alfresco at a private home overlooking Sonoma Valley Wine Country and downtown Sonoma. This fiesta includes delicious paella, wine from Auteur Wines, three local Sonoma cheeses, salad, and s'mores enjoyed around the fire pit for dessert!

Your meal will be served poolside at the beautiful Castello di GoLightly estate. Your hosts for the evening, Graham and Sarah, are known for their theme parties! Apart from their respective day jobs, Graham is an avid chef and a guitarist in several bands (including Funk Fatale, the headliner at the Red & White Ball event!).

Your gluten-free paella will be made with saffron from chef Graham's world travels along with bomba rice, chorizo, local duck sausage, chicken and assorted vegetables. A seafood option is available.

Dinner will be accompanied by a selection of wines from acclaimed Auteur Wines, which specializes in expressive, micro-lot premium wines from exceptionally farmed vineyards in the heart of Sonoma. Dubbed a "Pinot Star" by Wine Spectator and "Consistently exceptional" by Robert Parker Jr, these wines will be the perfect complement to your evening.
