Transport yourself to the golden hills of Tuscany for an unforgettable evening of arias, art songs, and Italian pasta. You'll be serenaded by Voice faculty from the Bailey School of Music and guided in a hands-on cooking class by an Italy-trained chef. Your night in Italy includes an interactive cooking lesson and sumptuous Italian meal (for four guests) with private chef, Christopher Atwood PhD. Italian fine wine pairings-donated by BSOM Interim Director and your sommelier for the night, Julia Bullard-will accompany your song-filled night. This unique meal includes: a three-course Italian meal (appetizer, homemade pasta & sauce, fresh-churned gelato), chef-curated ingredients, hands-on cooking class for each dish, step-by-step recipes. During your gourmet evening, KSU faculty will perform an array of Italian classical songs live for you. Italian food tastes better paired with the beauty of Italian music!

The event will take place in the home (Marietta, GA) of KSU Prof. Todd Wedge and chef Christopher Atwood on a date to be agreed upon by the auction winners and hosts. The winning bid will select a pasta of their choice to master in the class-options span: handmade tagliatelle, tortellini, ravioli, fettuccine, orecchiette, and pappardelle.
