ARIZONA COYOTES TELETHON 

The Arizona Coyotes and Bally Sports Arizona will be hosting its annual Telethon presented by Gila River Resorts & Casinos in support of Phoenix Children's Hope Fund. Many Phoenix Children's donors make targeted contributions that benefit specific programs. While these donations are essential to their mission, new and pressing needs arise throughout the year-for equipment, technology and more, often when time is of the essence. The Hope Fund allows Phoenix Children's to respond to these needs immediately. 

FOR A $125 DONATION, FANS WILL RECEIVE:

• One (1) exclusive Crescent Moon logo plush blanket
• Two (2) lower-level tickets to the Coyotes vs. Capitals game on April 22 OR Coyotes vs. Blues game on April 23.

      *Fans will have the option to donate their blanket to a child at Phoenix Children's

FOR A $450 DONATION, FANS WILL RECEIVE:

• One (1) authentic black Shane Doan No. 19 Kachina Adidas jersey with a personalized message from the Coyotes legend
• Two (2) lower-level tickets to the Coyotes vs. Capitals game on April 22 OR Coyotes vs. Blues game on April 23.
• One (1) 1-Night Stay in the Coyotes Fanatic Room at Gila River Resorts & Casinos - Wild Horse Pass or Vee Quiva.

      *Jerseys will be produced and personalized following the Telethon so please allow 4-6 weeks for fulfillment.
