Col. Bud Anderson is a retired officer of the U.S. Air Force and triple ace of WWII. He was the highest scoring flying ace in his P-51 Mustang squadron. At 22 years old, he was promoted to major and was a well-regarded fighter test pilot, and a fighter squadron and wing commander. He retired as a full colonel in 1972 and is a member of the National Aviation Hall of Fame.

This ceiling fan is one of one in the world. It's a 58-inch fan, 120V, and remote normal fan set up. The blades of the fan each showcase an aircraft Col. Bud Anderson flew. The PT-22 Ryan, P-39Q, P-51B, P-51D, and the F-105D are all represented. The P-51 D is signed by Bud Anderson himself. A certificate of authenticity is included.
