Enjoy a 4-day weekend in Cape Cod, MA in a charming 3 bedroom home built in 1900's. The home includes a full kitchen, living room with fireplace, outdoor hot tub and shower, and a balcony with stunning views the pond. Sleeps up to 8 adults and 1 infant.

The home is located on a pond, with a private dock. We have kayaks and floats for use on the pond. The pond is swimmable, though water temperature will be cool in the fall and spring. Bike rentals are available year round from a shop a five minute walk away.

The house was built in the 1990's and renovated in 2-18. Stunning views of the pond can be seen from the large deck, open floor plan first floor and both upstairs bedrooms. The living room features a gas fireplace and large screen TV. The kitchen is fully stocked and we have indoor and outdoor dining tables that seat up to 8. There is a hot tub and outdoor shower behind the house (on the pond side).

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths. Principal bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bath. Guest bedroom has a queen bed and a private balcony overlooking the pond.

Main floor - LR/DR/Kitchen, full bath, washer/dryer and one bedroom with a double bed.

Downstairs: Twin bed and a futon couch that unfolds to a double bed, and a porta crib; half bath on this level. Room opens to the outdoors with large patio door, and features its own gas fireplace/ heating stove.

Restrictions: Available as a 4-day weekend (Friday-Monday inclusive). Blackout dates: May 26-September 7 and November 22-27. No pets or smoking allowed.
