The Las Quintas Villa is a spacious two bedroom, two bath townhome overlooking the Vidanta Golf course in the hotel zone of San Jose del Cabo. The townhome is walking distance from shopping, a wide range of restaurants, historic central San Jose, the San Jose art district and the beach and San Jose's Costa Azul surf beach.

Las Quintas is a low density townhome property in a peaceful setting with tropical landscaping in a gated, guarded community with two swimming pools. The townhome will be newly remodeled with new furnishings, The Villa is on the second floor (up one flight of stairs). The villa has a spacious 1450 sq ft floor plan with a living room that opens up onto a large terrace overlooking the golf course. The Villa is fully equipped for comfortable living with a central A/C system, high speed fiber optic, ceiling fans, granite kitchen counter tops, gas range, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, laundry/pantry area with washer & gas dryer, nice cabinetry, vaulted ceilings w/ wooden beams, pocket doors for open patio with gas BBQ and outside dining area. The Villa will be available starting in November, 2022 through the end of 2023. Usage is subject to availability and does not include Christmas, New Years or Easter weeks.
