Spend an evening with Chef Joyce Doughty learning new knife skills

Many years ago Chef Doughty attended cooking school at Cordon Bleu and learned the importance of cutting and knife skills. Since then, she looks for every opportunity to share those skills with others. When your ability to handle a knife and cut things improves, your whole attitude about cooking changes as well. Learn French techniques for using a chef's knife and then practice alongside others while chopping and julienning onions, peppers, carrots and a host of other fruits and vegetables. Depending on the size of the kitchen the class can accommodate several students (up to 10) and is a blast! It will be an evening to remember and forever change how you feel about kitchen work.
