Roger Williams Park Zoo passes are not refundable and there are no rainchecks.

Salem Witch Museum passes are not valid for the month of October 10/1-10/31. The museum is closed Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Day. Please contact the museum for January closing dates. The family pass expires seven (7) years from date of issuance. The voucher is valid for redemption only and is not transferable. The voucher has no cash value and may be redeemed only once. No refunds will be issued for unused portions.

Discovery Museum voucher must be used on a single day only and surrendered at the time of visit. This voucher cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers and has no cash value.

Rock Spot Climbing certificate accepted at all locations, and good for two years from date of issue. No reservations needed to redeem this gift certificate, but all children under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent of legal guardian in order to climb at RSC. Gear rentals include climbing harness and climbing shoes.
