The grapes are crushed and rested in their juice (skin contact) for 10 days. Then the wine is rested for 2 months in stainless steel tanks on the lees (yeast sediment) and stirred daily. This gives a slightly creamy texture. The grapes are picked a little early to preserve freshness and keep the alcohol level a bit lower. It's a real porch pounder! Zero sulfites added, lightly filtered. Light bodied orange wine with apple, citrus and a touch of savory herbs and earth.
