The Heritage tartan design beautifully depicts the blue skies seen through the dappled leave of the beech tree woodland in Aberdeenshire.

This is one of only twelve limited-edition scarves, handwoven in the Araminta Campbell Edinburgh studio with the finest craftsmanship, this item is made from carefully sourced 100% British alpaca. A delightfully versatile accessory that can be worn as a scarf or small shawl.

Weaving is one of Scotland's ancient crafts, contributing to the country's rich textile history. The team at Araminta Campbell are helping to preserve this amazing story of Scotland's heritage, by using local materials, traditional methods, and expert craftsmanship to create their one of kind handwoven pieces. An appreciation of Scotland's natural landscape and fond memories of tartans worn at special family occasions sparked Araminta's early interest in textiles, eventually leading her to learn weaving and open her studio on the outskirts of Edinburgh in 2014. The studio houses two antique looms that are still used today to create these pieces.
