Enjoy morning coffee and the sounds of loons from the treetop deck overlooking Sturgeon Lake. Last year the owner completed a renovation of the 3 bed/2bath A-Frame cabin. This vacation home is the perfect mix of lake cabin feel, but with all the modern amenities-Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 70" smart TV and a wood burning fireplace that warms the whole house, even on the coldest nights. The cabin is 90 minutes from the Twin Cities, 40 minutes south of Duluth. It's 10 minutes from Moose Lake which has a nice local brewery and a few restaurants and a full supermarket.

It's a great home base for exploring the North Shore, hiking at Banning or Jay Cooke State Park, or even just cozying up to the fireplace all weekend. If you choose to stay in the winter there are plenty of snowmobile trails
in the area, like the Soo line and the Munger trail. Sturgeon Lake is also
a popular ice fishing lake, and the cabin is only a two-minute drive from the boat launch if you choose to bring an icehouse. Host family loves all seasons at the cabin and hopes yours will as well!
