After the 2021 spring calving season, we had a LARGE number of bulls on the ground for our small operation. We had been talking about selling a portion of "Doc Holliday" for some time and decided what better way to advertise him, and our genetics, than to have a BULL SALE. The pedigrees represented here are the same genetics that have built our outfit. No matter what sector of the industry you may be in, there is something for everyone here. With many of these bulls being backed by dominant cow families and donors in our operation, we are confident in the quality they can produce. Bulls are Lotted by Breed/Percentage, Pedigree and then Age.

Unless otherwise noted, all bulls will have passed a breeding soundness exam prior to pick up/delivery. In addition to the standard terms and conditions of the American Simmental association, we will provide a guarantee on functional fertility for the first 90-day period immediately following turn out. This is not a replacement for poor management. Buyer assumes all risk for injury due to running bulls together or incidents of injury out of genetic control. For this guarantee to apply, please contact AS SOON as a condition is observed and before the animal is determined to be sold. Any returns will be issued sale credit for future Baty Livestock sales.

This Auction has a horse race style finish. Every time someone bids during the last 5 minutes of the auction the clock will extend 5 more minutes until no one bids for an entire 5 minutes. Please note that this countdown duration may be changed without notice during the auction.

SmartAuctions will invoice all buyers and release the lot after payment is received. PAYMENT IS DUE UPON RECEIPT. A credit/debit card will be required ONLY to verify identity of bidders, but you will not be charged for your purchases on your card UNLESS you choose that option or you have not paid for your purchases prior to 30 days after the auction closes. Your credit card will be charged if payment has not been received within 30 days after purchase or arrangements have not been communicated. If your credit card payment is declined at the 30 days your purchase will accrue an interest of 6%. If you pay with a card you will be charged a 5% transaction fee.
