Enjoy a full day of
Guided Fly Fishing for 2!

Spend the day on the streams of the northern Ozark Plateau in Missouri and target species such as Smallmouth Bass, Brown Trout, and Rainbow Trout. Expect to be on the trip for 8 hours with lunch, snacks, and beverages included. Also provided are fly rods, fly line, and flies. This is sure to be a day well spent!

A note from your guide: My name is Augy Knickmeyer and my wife is Laura Knickmeyer, a preschool teacher at the Moog Center. I myself am a former middle and high school Agriculture teacher. I've always had a passion for fly-fishing and two years ago I decided to take that passion and my experience as an educator to begin a new career as a guide. My goal is to share my love of fly-fishing and educate the public of the importance of conserving and protecting our natural ecosystems.

All guide trips are spent in streams along the northern portion of the Ozark Plateau in Missouri and are catered to my clients' preferences (wade-fishing versus floating and fishing out of the boat, target species, etc.) and their skill level. Skill levels range from beginners, who benefit from casting lessons to begin the day, all the way to experienced anglers. A small part of my time is also spent teaching beginner fly-fishing classes at Westover Farms, a private trout park in Steelville, MO.
