Flip Out Productions mission is to teach the highest quality gymnastics to children of all ages. We support the growth of all athletes no matter their gender, race, athletic ability, or income level.

WHAT DO WE DO AT CAMP?

• Warm Up - Strength, Flexibility, & Gymnastics Body Positions (present, squat, releve, passe, lunge, & more!)
• Campers split into age appropriate groups with 1 Coach and 1 Assistant Coach
• Throughout the day the athletes go to each gymnastics event - Bars, Floor, Beam, Vault, Trampoline, & Tumbl Trak

THE FUN DOESN'T END THERE...

• Campers also do Team Building Games, Arts & Crafts, and Afternoon Activity (Talent Show, Big Buddy Little Buddy, Skill Clinics, Parachute Games, & More!
• Outdoor Water Activities in our private enclosed courtyard (Slip n' Slide, Sprinkler, Water Balloons)
• Campers assist in tending our Flippin' Garden where we grow fresh veggies to make food like salsa! Campers are involved in the whole process from making seed starters to picking the produce!
• Wellness Wednesdays - Karate with Mr. Chuckles and Martial Arts with Don

SKILL LEVEL

All skill levels are welcome! We split into groups based on age and skill level
