Cristina Salatino is an up-and-coming young chef in Westport, CT. For the past two years, she has been working at Amis Trattoria as the Sous Chef. She attended Johnson and Wales University to attain a degree in Culinary Arts, Food Service Management, and Sommelier. Her goal is to enter the private chef industry with her new business, Plate the Way. Now she is offering a private, custom dinner for 4. The menu includes an amuse-bouche, appetizer, vegetable or salad, fresh pasta, and a dessert. All dishes and beverages are seasonally inspired and are uniquely designed to the winner's taste preference.

Restrictions: Mutually agreed upon date with winner and chef 4 weeks in advance. Excludes Friday and Saturday. Travel limited to Fairfield County.
