You and your guests will feast on beef from Bos Beef, a farmer-owned, direct-to-consumer based in Arkansas specializing in custom processed beef for its customers. All beef was raised on pasture, without antibiotics and additional hormones. Included are two Tomahawk Ribeye steaks (approximately 20 oz/piece), one Short Rib roast (approximately 40 oz), one Sirloin Tip (approximately 20 oz), and one tenderized steak (approximately 20 oz). As an added bonus, Bos Beef is offering a discounted rate of $5 per pound hang weight on a future purchase up to one whole cow to the winning bidder.
