Chappellet is one of the finest of the family-owned wineries in Napa, and the Pritchard Hill Cabernet is their premier offering. These wines have been lovingly aged in a collector's personal cellar since release. This vertical consists of the 2011, 2012, and 2017 releases. These wines were produced from the same estate grapes, by the same revered winemaker, in the same style, but with very different growing seasons. While each one is powerful and complex, each presents its own flavor profile. A vertical of these wines would be difficult or impossible to buy even from the winery itself. This is a unique opportunity to try Chappellet's best offering at varying ages. Pritchard Hill is the source of some of the world's finest mountain-grown Cabernet Sauvignons, earning numerous comparisons to the great First Growths of Bordeaux. The wine is crafted by Phillip Corrallo-Titus, one of Napa's most revered winemakers. Produced from grapes grown on Chappellet's hillside estate vineyards, this iconic wine is exceptionally complex, full of structure and ages exceptionally. Pritchard Hill Cabernet Sauvignon is available exclusively to members of the Chappellet Allocation List. Shipping not available. Must pickup at gala or in Bethesda, MD.
