The evening begins with a one-hour swing dance lesson with instructor, Tal Stein, then you jitterbug into the kitchen to create a delicious steakhouse dinner, plus a refreshing orange bourbon smash. You will learn to prepare a caesar salad w/garlic croutons, topped w/ crispy prosciutto, cast iron New York strip steaks w/gorgonzola sauce with sweet potato-chipotle gratin & roasted broccoli w/brown butter, plus a molten chocolate lava cake with raspberry sauce.
