Support our guest families by adopting one guest room at the Chestnut Street House or Front & Erie House for an entire year in 2022.

About Adopt A Room:

The Adopt A Room partnership program allows you, your company, or your organization to be the room sponsor of one of the guest rooms at one of our two locations-Chestnut Street or Front & Erie. Your funding will support the housekeeping and maintenance of that room for a whole year and thereby provide a clean and comfortable space for all the families who will stay in that room during that time.

The Impact of Adopt A Room:

In 2019, we opened the Jill and Alan B. Miller Tower and began welcoming families into our new rooms. We now have more than twice as many rooms as we did before the expansion, so your support is more critical than ever. By partnering with our Adopt A Room program, you are doing more than making sure families have a place to sleep each night-as important as that is. You are making it easier for children to get the treatment they need and have their families close by their side, every step of the way. You are eliminating many of the financial challenges that come with traveling long distances for medical care, so that parents can focus on their child's treatment. You are also providing parents with the support and rest they need to be there for their seriously ill children and their siblings.
Last year, we had more than 2,137 family stays, with families traveling from 47 states and 29 countries. Families from Pennsylvania accounted for 32% of all stays and
19% came from New Jersey. While the average length of stay was 12 days, many stayed longer, with 365 nights being the longest length of stay.
Thanks to generous donors like you, 99% of these families believe that because of the House, they were better able to maintain their well-being while their children received care, and 98% believe that staying at the House helped to reduce their stress levels. Finally, 96% feel that the Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House provided them with support that they would not otherwise have received during their children's care.

Sponsorship Benefits:

Signage for Your Adopted Guest Room

A sign will be placed inside your adopted room identifying you/your company as the proud sponsor of that room. Signage will stay in the guest room throughout the entire year.

Name Placement On High-Visibility Area

You/your company will be listed on a high traffic area in both of our Houses. Families, volunteers, sponsors, and other visitors will be able to see the names of the companies, organizations, and individuals who have adopted a room throughout the entire year.

Letters From Families

During the course of the year, you will receive personal notes from families who stay in your sponsored room.

Permanent Reminder of Your Service to Families

You will receive a personalized plaque that recognizes your generous contribution for you to display in your office or home.

All sponsors will also receive recognition in our 2022 Annual Report, listing on RMHC Philly website, invitation to an exclusive reception, and mention in local publications.

*Due to the limited number of Adopt A Room partnership opportunities available, you will have first right of refusal for the Adopt A Room partnership for the following year.
