Join Kala's Founding Director and Co-Directors, Archana Horsting, Mayumi Hamanaka, and Ellen Lake on a special tour of Richard Nagler & Sheila Sosnow's art collection, home, and grounds.

Enjoy art and afternoon snacks and refreshments at their beautiful Regency style home (rare for Piedmont) designed by famed architect Frederick Confer and built in 1937. The grounds are beautiful too.

We'll be looking at paintings and multiples by Nathan Oliveira, Wayne Thiebaud, Squeak Carnwath, Naomie Kremer, Richard Diebenkorn, among others. Sculptures include work by Fletcher Benton, Deborah Butterfield, Viola Frey, Manuel Neri, Stephen de Staebler, Richard Shaw, etc.

Richard's primary focus over the years has been collecting fine art photography. There are works on the walls by: Ansel Adams, Berenice Abbott, Robert Frank, Diane Arbus, Walker Evans, Edward Weston, Dorothea Lange, among many, many others.
