The Woodinville Whiskey Company is a craft distillery based in Woodinville, Washington. It was founded in 2010 by two longtime friends, Orlin Sorensen and Brett Carlile. The late David Pickerell, former Master Distiller for Maker's Mark and Whistle Pig mentored the startup. Pickerell, an industry icon, has probably advised more craft distilleries than any other person in America. Woodinville is Washington state's largest craft distillery. All of its products are handcrafted from 100% locally sourced grains from the Omlin Family Farm in Quincy, Washington.

Woodinville Straight Bourbon

Winner of the 2020 San Francisco World Spirits Competition for ""Best Straight Bourbon Whiskey"" and a Double Gold Medal, this truly small-batch bourbon starts with traditionally grown corn, rye, and malted barley.

The barrels are then slowly toasted and heavily charred to further enrich the wood's desirable flavors. This meticulous process yields a truly hand-crafted spirit with aromas of crème brûlée and spice cabinet, as well as notes of rich caramel, dark chocolate, and vanilla bean on the palate with a sweet, lingering finish.

Woodinville Port Cask Bourbon

Woodinville takes the fully matured 5-year straight bourbon and transfers it into Ruby Port barrels for 6 additional months. The Port finishing process adds a viscous mouthfeel with notes of candied cherry, dried plums, berries, and chocolate on top of the traditional bourbon flavor characteristics.
