Bio on Chef Squier:

My culinary background started with Culinary school in the late 90's. i graduated from the Art Institute's culinary program in the summer of 97. During my time as a student i got a job working on the sushi line at the ill fated Tommy Tsunami's. From there I went to work at Japon's Boulder restaurant Japango for about a year. I went on to take a job as the Sous chef at the Wildlife Experience Museum in Parker but continued teaching sushi making at the Free University for a few years. My class sold out every time and was often the highest rated class at the school of course that may have been more due to how good sushi is than my charm. I left traditional kitchens about 20 years ago to enter my current career of cooking on private jets. I have traveled to 87 countries doing this and have taken cooking classes in Italy, Hungry, Israel, Fiji, Peru, Argentina, Mexico, and Japan. During my pregnancy I couldn't fly so I taught cooking classes including sushi making at Sur La Table.
