Personal Training Sessions with Kenny DeCoursey

Take your fitness journey to the next level with four (4) 60-minute 1-on-1 personal training sessions with Kenny DeCoursey, CPT. Each session will be focused on exactly what you need to reach your specific goals; whether it's putting together a weight loss plan, getting stronger, correcting muscular imbalances, or just torching some serious calories and enjoying that post-workout euphoria.

These can be used as 1x/week for 4 weeks, or 2x/week for 2 weeks. Training can be done in studio, your own home/apartment gym, or even virtually.

Days/Times available for sessions are varied, but all reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate preferred times.

You may either pick up your item from our office located at 1709 Walnut Street, Kansas City, MO 64108 or we can ship you your item(s) (delivery fees apply). All online auction purchases are final. Please note, if you want your auction item before Christmas, you must pick your item up at BBBS no later than December 17. Otherwise, pick-up or delivery will be scheduled after the first of the year.
