Chef James Welch & Chef David DiStasi of Materia Ristorante Wine & Food Tasting at Sub Edge Farm

Join Chef Jason Welch, a celebrated chef whose culinary skills were featured at Gotham in New York City, Oran Mor in Nantucket, and Turnpin Ranch in Wyoming as well as Chef David DiStasi of Materia Ristorante who has landed a spot at the famed, three Michelin starred Le Bernandin in New York City. Chef David also spent time in Tuscany working for another Michelin starred chef, Enrico Bartolini, one of Italy's most influential chefs of our time. Join these talented chefs at Sub Edge Farm in Farmington for an authentic wood-fired farm dinner, set in the back fields of this beautiful farm. You and your 9 guests will be treated to a five-course meal created by the Chefs using ingredients sourced primarily from Sub Edge and other Connecticut farms and local purveyors. This private evening will include a welcome cocktail, hors d'oeuvres, and five fantastic courses with wine pairing in an amazing setting.
