Outdoor amenities include a huge infinity swimming pool with 10-person hot tub, kiddie/wading pool area, oversized gas fire pit with seating, putting green and horseshoe pit. The expansive outdoor kitchen includes a large gas grill, sink and plenty of bar seating. The wrap around covered patio includes multiple seating areas all with amazing views of Lake Travis.

Indoor Amenities include a five-star chef style kitchen, large game room with pool table, shuffleboard, darts and an over-sized theater room with 6 plush reclining seats.

Nearby is a private 50' boat slip available for guest use. The subdivision marina is located just down the hill from the house.
