Hi, I am Anu Gupta. I am a certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor and I specialize in Preventive Health. I have my own practice by the name Ayuwise Ayurvedic Counseling in Santa Clara. Ayurveda is Holistic Medicine from India. I am also currently undergoing training to become a Yoga Teacher.

Ayurveda believes that many health issues can be caught early before they become more chronic. This is done by identifying the cause of the symptoms. Ayurveda is gaining popularity all over the world due to it's huge focus on preventive care. As the popular saying goes 'A Stitch in Time, Saves Nine'.

Any of the following health issues can be worked through with this practice: Digestive Concerns, Allergies, Anxiety, Depression, Excess Weight, Sleep Issues, Skin Issues and more. If you are completely healthy, you can still benefit from an Ayurvedic consult to stay healthy.

I am offering an Ayurvedic 1 on 1 First Consultation (includes 3 appointments) for Adults. The consults will be in-person at my home office in Santa Clara.

This is what the consultation includes:

* First Appointment: An Ayurvedic Prakruti (Basic Constitution) and Vikruti (Imbalance) Analysis

* Second Appointment: Explanation of what is the probable cause for the imbalance from an Ayurvedic Standpoint + Simple diet and lifestyle suggestions for you to implement to help the body heal itself. I meet my clients where they are and avoid overwhelming them with recommendations.

* Third Appointment: A Follow Up call to see how you are doing with the recommendations.

Please note:

- The appointment will be fixed later at a mutually convenient time.

- Ayurvedic Counseling involves a lot of personal questions in order to get to the root of the symptoms. It is not a quick fix. It is a slow process wherein the body heals itself.

- There is complete confidentiality of client information.

- I am not a licensed physician. I am a Certified Health Counselor focusing on Preventive Care. Also, Ayurveda is not yet a licensed profession in the State of California.
