A unique sampling of hand-selected Bourbon Whiskey, Maple-Finished Whiskey & Canadian Whisky:

These premium limited-release whiskies represent unique expressions of distilling across North America. Each spirit was crafted through measured selection of grains and finishing barrels, thereby imparting a variation of flavors which give each whisk(e)y its own distinctive essence. These limited production bottlings are released in extremely small quantities and are difficult to obtain on the retail market.

Elijah Craig 18-Year Single Barrel Year Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

90°, Aged 18 years, 2021 release, barrel 5506

Bottled solely from the contents of one expertly chosen barrel, this coveted, limited-quantity fall release seems to defy the laws of maturation physics. While its aromas and flavors show clear signs of lengthy oak maturation, the overall profile exudes elegance and freshness. Unlike some spirits which become tired over time, this aged whiskey has developed complex layers of fruit, spice, and oak, which come together in harmonious sips.

The nose delightfully pairs thick caramel with lighter notes of chocolate, punctuated with cinnamon, oak and vanilla in what is a very deep and rich aroma. The palate translates much of the same but with the introduction of spiced applesauce and vanilla pudding, which add depth where notes of wood, dry tobacco leaf and a slight nuttiness otherwise lead the way. A touch of toffee and crème brulee round out an exceedingly pleasant albeit relatively short finish.

This exquisitely aged bourbon has received several awards, including most recently, a Double Gold at the 2021 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

Cedar Ridge Sir Maple Bourbon Whiskey, Batch No. 004

Aged 3 ½ years, 86°, 2020 release

Don't think Log Cabin syrup though - imagine 100% pure maple essence. Bourbon need not be from Kentucky, but requires at least 51% of the recipe must be made of corn, and the state that produces the most corn - Iowa! This bourbon whiskey, comprised of 74% Iowa corn, 14% malted rye and 12% 2-row barley, spent three years near the family farm maturing in a single-use white oak bourbon barrel before finishing six months in a cask which previously held maple syrup.

This celebrated limited release is dark amber in color. Fresh-baked sweet cornbread with whipped maple honey on the nose, Cracker Jacks and toasted oak on the palate, with a long fruity maple finish.

A craft distillery located in Swisher, Iowa, Cedar Ridge Distillery was named "2017 Distillery of the Year" by the American Distilling Institute.

Forty Creek Confederation Oak Reserve Canadian Whisky, Lot 1867-E

80°, 2015 release, bottle 03266

This unique Canadian whisky is composed of rye, barely and corn, which are individually distilled and aged in white oak prior to blending. When the whisky is ready to be married, they are then transferred to barrels made of Canadian oak - trees estimated to have been over 150 years old, rooted around the time of Canada's 1867 Confederation.

The nose is rich and wonderfully expressive with notes of butterscotch, sweet grain and light candied citrus paired with fresh pastries. The palate produces a delicate display of toffee, caramel, and candy corn with a backdrop of dilly spice. A medium and darkly sweet finish of grain, vanilla and nutty notes completes this uniquely Canadian whisky experience which may be enjoyed neat, on the rocks or mix perfectly in an old fashioned.
