Located on a 37-acre private island, it is called Sunset Island for the fantastic sunsets you will enjoy as the sun sets over the Assawoman Bay!

If you are the lucky highest bidder you will stay in a privately owned condo for 7 days and 6 nights which can accomodate 6-8 people. With 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, and 2 bunkbeds) and two baths, this is perfect for two families of four, or a larger family that would like to spread out.

The condo is furnished with everything you will need except food, drinks and clothes for a very relaxing week!

The community offers:

All Private Bayfront beach, Restaurant, Tiki Bar, a Club House with both indoor and outdoor pool, kiddie pool & Fitness Center. If you want to fish and crab they have a pier for that as well!

Sunset Island will provide you with 2 parking passes and 6 pool passes. Anything over that is an additional charge to be paid to Sunset Island.

Your week on Sunset Island will be determined and agreed at a mutually convenient time to both owner and winner.
