A funny thing happened to the way to the donation. The box was dropped. While most of the bottles in the box survived, one member cracked apart like Humpty Dumpty and there was no putting it back together again. These two bottle were the nearest neighbors and survived, but not unscathed. Each one has stained labels.

However, these marks are more of experience and durability! Charm and character! A showing of grace under pressure! These bottles are more ready than every to give themselves over to the purpose of pleasuring your palate!

Sequoia Grove is highly visible and located on Highway 29 between Napa and St. Helena in Rutherford. This Cab is going to be big, juicy and spicy. Just what you'd expect from the heart of the Napa Valley.

The Daou Bodyguard is not named after a movie from the '90's, but is bold and fruity that is somewhat balanced out with flavors of sandalwood, pencil lead (a good thing, really) and chocolate. If you are a DAOU fan, you will not be disappointed. Bodyguard is a blend of Petit Verdot and Petite Sirah, so it may leapfrog big and land straight on enormous. Open with care.
