Auction Wrap Up:
All items that were not picked up are out for delivery via UPS or USPS. If you requested shipping you should have received shipping notice on 12/15 or 12/16 from Blue Bar Quilts at the email you provided. Please contact [email protected] if you did not receive notice of shipment!
Pick up will be at our in-kind partner Blue Bar Quilts (6333 University Ave, Middleton, WI 53562) on the following days and times:
- Thurs, Dec 8th 11AM to 1PM & 4PM-6PM
- Sat, Dec 10th 10:30AM to 2:30PM
This year, like last year, we are applying an acquisition fee of $10 for each item at check out. This is in lieu of any shipping and handling fees. This fee helps ensure that proceeds from the auction directly support GSAFE's work with LGBTQ+ youth in Wisconsin schools.
You have 48 hours to complete payment of your purchase, otherwise you item(s) may be offered to the next highest bidder. You will also receive an email inviting you to complete a Google form to tell us whether or not you plan to pick up your quilt or need it shipped, as well as other details. If the latter, please provide specific information about where your item(s) should be shipped.
We will ship anywhere in the continental US at no additional cost. If you need an item shipped elsewhere, please contact [email protected] after the conclusion of the auction.
Proceeds from this event benefit GSAFE's work of building strong student leaders and helping create Wisconsin K-12 schools that are safe and affirming for LGBTQ+ youth.
