Char Man Brand hails from Ojai, California and is named after the ghost that resides there. In 1948an Ojai brushfires consumed a cabin occupied by a father & son. Sadly, the father died and his disfigured son went into seclusion and madness. With his charred smell and appearance his ghost has been terrorizing residents of the valley since. In 2006 Chris Sutton started fire roasting fresh Habaneros to create a sauce so hot and unique that it was worthy of the Char Man name. Char Man owner and saucier Chris Sutton artfully blends and bottles each small batch by hand.

Fiyaberry - Sweet and Spicy, Moruga Scorpion peppers and strawberry preserves.

Original - Fire roasted habaneros

Caribbean - Mangos, peppers and spices.

Siracha - Simple premium ingredients: Chile, water, vinegar, garlic, sugar, salt.

Picante - Jalepenos, ground chiles, garlic, combined with citrus and pumpkin.

Verde - Four different chiles combined into monstrous flavor.

All sauces are .5 fluid ounce (148 milileter) bottles.
