Founded in Paris in 1895, Le Cordon Bleu has acquired an international reputation built on excellence in culinary and hospitality education. In addition to culinary and management programs, Le Cordon Bleu has expanded its activities to include a range of short courses for those with a passion for the culinary arts. Participants must be age 18 or over.

Le Cordon Bleu Discovery Workshops in Cuisine & Pastry - These 2-6 hour long hands-on workshops take place in a dedicated practical classroom, and give gourmet enthusiasts as much exposure as possible to the working environment of a chef's kitchen.

Hotel Accommodations
Enjoy a 5-night stay in a standard guest room including breakfast for 2 at a luxury hotel in Paris such as the Sofitel Le Scribe Opera, Renaissance Vendome, The Hoxton or the Hotel Lumen Paris Louvre. Maximum occupancy of two per room. Blackout dates: Dec 24-26, Dec 31 - Jan 1.
