1Ceramic inlay sculpture (Wall relief), 1989. 16 x 12.5 x 2 in.
This visually forcible sculpture was created by internationally-renowned ceramicist and professor at our UA, Aurore Chabot. After a BFA from Pratt Institute, Chabot launched her career in NYC as a highly accomplished artist, completing two major national public art commissions and included in over 100 national and international exhibitions, books, and periodicals. This work features an array of fractured ceramic shards carefully inlaid to create a wall relief. Displaying Chabot's ingenuity and signature style, this sculpture is a prized addition to any collection, indoors or out.
