Back by popular demand! "Maison du Klement" will take your taste buds to Charleston, South Carolina, along with those of 7 of your closest friends.
The five course menu is carefully hand-picked from the many years the executive chef spent in and around Charleston. Think gumbo, grits and chocolate bread pudding! Guest sommelier, Ken Ebbitt, will draw from his vast knowledge of wine to create the perfect pairing for your Lowcountry meal. At "Maison du Klement" you and your guests will be fully satisfied. Your chef, Judd Klement, studied Marine Biology at Charleston and did not attend culinary school. He does call himself the executive chef of his house, however, and he owns a monogrammed chef jacket and toque blanche! Judd worked at two of the best down-home cooking restaurants in Charleston and will serve up those flavors to your party of 8! Ken Ebbitt is not a trained sommelier but has drank enough wine while traveling and at home to be a wine prophet in his own mind (and in the minds of Amy and Judd).
Prior winners have stated that the food was "the best they ever tasted," and the others don't want to talk for fear that you will bid against them.
